An intra - discourse Overview of the Reasons beyond the Failure of Iran's Political Development Discourse

Although Iranians have been trying to achieve political development since the last century , its elements and components have not been hegemonic yet in iran’s civil society .In other words ,there is not a proportional relationship between the signifier of political development and its signified . Various factors have been considered for the failure and dislocation of political development in Iran , including the power of the opponents , traditional and conservative institutions , and foreign enemies . While eulogizing these elements , this article claims that the reasons beyond the deflection of political development discourse from the course of legitimation , creditability , and effectiveness has been mostly due to intra – discourse problems and impairment and the mistakes made by its executors and transmitters . constitutional revolution and reforms of Mohammad Khatami are two cases two cases studied in this article .
