Duties
1. Provide Instructional leadership and manage the day-to-day activities of the Department;
2. Serve on academic or Administrative Committees the deal with institutional policies; departmental matters, and academic issues;
3. Direct the educational programs;
4. Collaborate with colleagues to address teaching and research issues;
5. Interview applicants for teaching position;
6. Performs administrative duties in addition to teaching assignments;
7. Administer department’s budget and recruit academic personnel;
8. Keep abreast of developments in the field of Political Science & International Relations by reading current literature, talking with colleagues and participating in professional conferences;
9. Conduct research in field of knowledge, and publish findings in professional journals, books;
10.Direct professors and plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content and course materials and methods of instruction.

2- Prepare, administer and grade examinations, laboratory assignments and reports;

Position: Associate Professor, Shahid Beheshti University, (Ex- National University of Iran) Tehran, Iran. Courses Taught: Principles of International Relations (A & B), Political Text in English Language ( A & B), Political Renovation & Revolution, Methods of Comparative Politics, ESP (Especialized English course, 2) March 1, 1988-Oct 10, 1997.
Duties:
